SECI provides a full range of surveying services including construction stake-out, interim and final as-builts surveys and construction review and inspection services. Here Mr. Stephens is performing an interim as-built survey of one submerged gravel wetland (SGW) outfall riser structure as these facilities are being constructed. SECI designed this facility to retrofit a 5-acre road millings stockpile site for stormwater quality management. SGW's provide the highest level of runoff treatment of any of the State-approved best management practices (BMPs).
